GOOD ALL YEAR ROUND!
Our Mulling Spice is hand blended with cinnamon, orange peel, allspice, cloves, star anise, cardamom and ginger.
Mulling Spice for Cider Recipe
Port 1 gallon Apple Cider into Kettle
Add 1/2 the package of Mulling Spice
Simmer for at least 15 minutes
Mulling Spice for Red Wine
Empty 2 bottles of red wine into Kettle
Add 1/2 package of Mulling Spice
Add the peel of one orange
Optional - 1/2 c blanched almonds & 1/2 cup raisins
Simmer for at least 15 minutes
For an old world Scandinavian brew, add to the above:
1 c Vodka, 1/2 c Rum, 1 c Vermouth, 1/2 c Cherry Brandy!
